Supervision and Responsibility: You, the parent/guardian, are ultimately responsible for supervising your child and ensuring their safety at all times. Nanny4us cannot be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or incidents caused by nannies during their service hours, unless such incidents are demonstrably caused by the nanny's negligence.

2. Destination Recommendations:

Best Efforts & Readily Available Information: Nanny4us strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information about kid-friendly destinations in Bali based on readily available resources. However, we cannot guarantee the complete accuracy or suitability of this information for every family's needs and risk tolerance.

Independent Research & Risk Acknowledgment: It is your responsibility to conduct your own independent research and confirm the suitability of any suggested destination, considering factors like age appropriateness, safety regulations, and your family's risk tolerance. By using our destination recommendations, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with travel and exploration and agree to assume full responsibility for the safety and well-being of your child while visiting any recommended location.

Any events or incidents that require attention must be reported via email within one week of the service termination. After this period, the recordings will be permanently deleted. We are not responsible for any unreported incidents that are not brought to our attention within this timeframe.
